3 Months and counting...

I can't believe 3 months have come and gone since I had Ethan! He is such a blessing in our lives! He always keeps us laughing with his personality and smiles!  He loves our morning walks, tummy time, and laying on his playmat.  Recently, he has been learning new skills and is quickly becoming a master.

1. Discovering his hands-and now they are constantly in his mouth.
2. Smiling--he really is absolutely adorable when he smiles.
3. Holding toys- he doesn't always realize he's got 'em clutched tight in his little hands, but it's pretty cute!
4. Getting his playmat to make noises when he pushes it-it has a motion sensor and it plays music when it's moved.

We are glad that he is so happy and healthy! Although he doesn't go in for a doctor's appointment until 4 mo., we estimate he weighs around 11lbs now, which means he has chunked up quite a bit in the past month. He was only 8lbs 13oz at his 3 mo check up so we're glad he's steadily gaining weight.

As for Dan and I, we are doing great! We are slowly finishing the final remodels on our home, the current project is our new countertops. Final measurements were taken on Friday and they will be installed next week! The two-toned countertop was starting to get old. At least we'll be able to claim that our entire kitchen has been remodeled in the past 2 years once the countertops are in! Yay!
