I can't believe Austin is almost 1 years old! He's growing up way too fast! Every day he grows into his own little personality more and more. He's such a happy little boy! He never fails to have a smile for me any time of the day. He's pretty friendly to other people and seems to smile at everyone who gets to hold him. I can definitely confirm his first words now too! He says, "Mamamama" to me in the mornings when I get him from his crib and "Dadada" every once in awhile to Dan when he comes home from work.
He gives slobbery kisses when we ask (and sometimes when we don't) and loves to dance and bounce to music. He'll walk when I'm holding his fingers and loves being able to walk around the apartment holding on to all the walls. He loves, and I mean LOVES, playing with Ethan. He'll follow Ethan around everywhere and just sit and laugh at Ethan's antics. Ethan loves to wrestle with Austin and I almost never hear him laughing quite so hard when he's doing anything else.
They actually do play well near each other if they are too distracted have fun. I'm sure that's all little boys, brothers or not!
He's now about 24lbs and definitely too big for his baby carseat. We'll be upgrading him to a new one soon. He's still as much of a solid, little chunk as ever.
