November News

Ethan is 5 months old today.  This past month has just flown by!  He's learned to roll over, blow a pretty amazing slobber bubble, and had his first taste of rice cereal. We estimate he weighs about 13bs 10oz and is about 24 inches long. His cheeks have filled out and he now has a healthy amount of chub pretty much everywhere. He's getting really good at smiling for the camera too!

The dates are way off on my camera!

This past month, Dan has been working on putting in our new doors. While we were taking out the window and door in the kitchen, we made a cool discovery. After removing the doorframe, we found a scraps of a paper calendar from 1929. I guess we know when the kitchen addition was built!

  

Ethan was happy to sit in his Bumbo chair and watch Dan remove the door.

 It's nice to know that the door and window are in place before it starts to get really cold! Next, we have to put in our front door!

in other good news, my good friends, Shawna and Mark, got married the beginning of November! She looked beautiful! Shawna started dating Mark a few months after I met Dan and was a bridesmaid at my wedding.  It was great to get to see her at the temple and see how happy the two of them are together. I wish them all the happiness in the world!
