On Friday, we all drove downtown to the Tracy Aviary. I haven't been to the aviary in years so it was really fun to take the Jamie and John down there. I didn't realize it was right next to Liberty Park until we got there. Salt Lake has really fixed Liberty Park up nicely! It was beautiful!
The kids had fun throwing duck feed into the pond. Ethan didn't want to leave the pond and it took a little coaxing to get him to keep going around the park.
These peacocks were walking around everywhere! There was several sets of them on buildings, in trees, and on the paths.
It was a little disconcerting to walk around a corner and find these golden eagles just sitting on branches about five feet away from you over a little fence. The eagles had old injuries to their wings and couldn't fly so they couldn't be released into the wild.

There were lots of little goslings and ducklings in the ponds.
