Once we got home, we were finally able to celebrate Christmas together as a family in our own home. We left all our Christmas decorations up over the vacation so the boys were able to open presents by the Christmas tree.
Austin was really excited to rip the paper off the presents. Once he'd open one, he'd get distracted for a few minutes with it before coming back to open more.
They got lots of new clothes, a stick horse, a pirate Mr. Potato Head, games, cars...
Austin's special present was a Little People Wheelie Race Ramp. He LOVES it!
The present that Santa left for them this year is the favorite about everything else.
A Tool Bench with lots of power tools!
Santa must have gotten a great deal on this because there are doubles of almost every toy!
I made the boys this tent and their favorite thing to do is to get their new power tools and go "camping".
Dan and I exchanged our presents as well. We both ended up with new movies, clothes, a Ipod docking clock/speaker set for me, new running shoes, and a fitness tracking wristband for Dan.
We love being able to celebrate the holiday with extended family and then come back to our beautiful home and celebrate as our little family!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
