Last Saturday, my sister's "Running with Lisa" 5k Race and Pancake Breakfast took place up in Midway. Dan and I drove up to participate and support Lisa. It was amazing how many people were there to help her; there had to be a couple hundred at least! After the 5k race, there was a pancake breakfast for participants. My Dad's band, The Ken Foster Trio, played at the pavilion and we got to visit with the family and friends that were able to come. It was a beautiful day for the race. We couldn't have asked for better weather.

They raffled off a beautiful garden shed that one of their friends built and donated and winners of the race took home gift certificates to Five Guys. It was a great success and Lisa's friends did an amazing job organizing everything.

I am glad you posted pictures. We wish we could have been there too! Dan is even smiling in the pictures.
