We Got the House!

Our offer on the house was accepted!! We are now under contract for this beautiful home!

The house is in West Pasco and has 5 bedrooms (a guest bedroom and full bath downstairs and 4 upstairs), a bonus media/family room that could also be used as a 6th bedroom if needed in the future, large kitchen and pantry, big living room, fully landscaped backyard, the works!

It was the last house we saw before we flew out last Saturday. We weren't even supposed to go through this one. We were scheduled to see a house in the same circle but that one didn't pan out. Our awesome agent found out the house across the circle had previously been on the market but never sold so the owners removed it. Our agent, Doannie, got a hold of the owners last minute and they let us go through it. We loved it and once we got home we decided to put an offer in. They accepted and apparently have another home to move into right away so all we have to do is wait for the loan to close and we can move in!

So moving day is a week from tomorrow. Since Dan needs to be there on the 1st we're looking for somewhere to stay for a month. Dan's work will pay for it so we're looking at all options from renting a furnished apartment or home to an extended stay hotel. We'll figure something out!
